Due to the perishable nature of our fresh sustainably-caught seafood, we cannot accept physical returns; however, if your order arrives damaged or fails to meet our quality standards, we are committed to making it right.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Catch
Examine your delivery immediately upon arrival to ensure the fish is chilled and the packaging is intact.
- 2.Document Issues
If there is a quality concern, take clear photos of the product and the delivery box within 24 hours of receipt.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our team at [email protected] with your order number and the documentation of your concern.
- 4.Resolution
Our team will review your claim and issue a full refund or a replacement credit to your account for any sub-standard items.
